 Champ is a beautiful rose gray gelding with a kind and loving personality and eagerness to please. Collected, balanced, he has excellent gaits, and moves uphill with a natural and flowing rhythm.

Uphill build, solid bones and feet, Champ would do great as a 4-H project or open show horse. 

A versatile horse, Champ shows Western, Hunt Seat, and has had Dressage training with having been shown in the lower levels.  Even though we do not show Dressage, we occasionally have Dressage riders put him through his manuevers and he always remembers them. 

Champ is also Mr. Showmanship as he will "hook on" to the handler and follow without a lead rope.

When under saddle, Champ is "Mr. Consistent"as he has the most want to kill for canter to ride and steady gaits on the rail. Folks, this is the canter you only dream about and wish your horse had.  He feels like you are riding a carousel horse.

Champ participated in the Natural Horsemanship Clinic with Wyoming Clinician, Justin Morgan.

Champ loves to go on trail rides.  He is presently at Wilson College, Chambersburg, PA in the college Equestrian Program  working with the students and loves jumping small cross-rails.

Champ acquired national points with limited showing. He also earned 2006 Year End Awards with Tarheel Appaloosa Association
