Spur is a very attractive and
elegant mover in the dressage ring. He has competed at First Level and
has schooled upper levels in dressage. He was evented at Training Level,
schooled Preliminary Level, and is a bold cross country mount, always
looking for the next jump. Spur has speed, scope, and courage. He has
extensive show experience, very kind and gentle, forgiving, excellent
ground manners and is a fast learner.
Spur has placed many times over
his Thoroughbred and Warmblood counterparts proving his Appaloosa
Sporthorse heritage. He was featured on the opening page of the
old Appaloosa Sporthorse Website as their ideal competing sporthorse.
Due to advancing age and limited vision, Spur has been retired.

obstacles with
several
trail rides to include creeks, bridges and desensitized to the flag, rope,
and ball.
Scarlett was ridden in demonstrations
by
a young child, and was ridden with the clinician and child.
